Marie Szersnovicz – Scénographie & costumes

Marie Szersnovicz est scénographe et costumière.

Elle vit et travaille entre Bruxelles et Gand et collabore régulièrement avec de nombreux metteurs en scène dans le domaine du théâtre, de l’opéra et de la danse contemporaine en Belgique et à l’étranger.

Entre dispositifs scéniques et installations, elle est fortement attirée par l’art contemporain. Son travail s’exprime régulièrement au sein de collectifs ce qui lui permet de s’investir pleinement dans la dramaturgie des spectacles. Aussi bien implantée sur la scène néerlandophone que francophone, on peut citer parmi d'autres collaborations Kristien De Proost, Gurshad Shaheman, Lisbeth Gruwez, Françoise Bloch, Lisi Estaras, Tristero, Michael de Cock, Transquinquennal, Selma Alaoui, Guy Dermul, Anne-Cécile Vandalem, Myriam Marzouki, Nathalie Teirlinck, Pierre Sartenaer, Florence Minder, Erika Zuenelli, Serge-Aimé Coulibaly, Carme Portaceli, Ayelen Parolin, Junior Mthombeni, Ricard Soler Mallol ou Antoine Defoort.

Marie Szersnovicz is a set and costume designer.

She lives and works between Brussels and Ghent and regularly collaborates with numerous directors in the field of theatre, opera and contemporary dance in Belgium and abroad.
Between stage devices and installations, she is strongly attracted to contemporary art. Her work is regularly expressed within collectives, which allows her to be fully involved in the dramaturgy of the shows.
